Monday in the Park with Metzger/Walters

A free evening of live improvisation under the gazebo at Stonewall Brigade Bandstand. Kevin Metzger (guitar) and R. Aaron Walters (piano, drums, synth) perform jazz, classical, and free improvisation, drawing from their album Live New Worlds.

Metzger/Walters have spent two decades developing a musical language built on deep listening and real-time invention, moving fluidly between written repertoire and full improvisation. Expect Bach arrangements alongside spontaneous duo exploration.
